I prefer to use the water method which uses natural or man made light such as a kitchen light or bedroom light, a bowl of water , A camera and movement.
The host fills a bowl with cool water and leaves it to settle, they will then ask the spirits to show their image into the water while the host steadily moves the water with their finger or a spoon
. As they are doing so they record small clips of video or take mutable pictures. Which in turn can produce images of faces, animals, bodies and sometimes writing.
Many people would say this is nothing more than imagination, it could well be, but it’s always important to keep an open mind.
The water method isn’t new, it’s a more modern form of scrying which ancient civilisations used I order to get messages from their ancestors.
Here’s the images I’ve produced. Some are clear, some are not. But nonetheless, interesting.
