Sat at my computer desk going though my photography and my grandmother in the other room watching TV when the doorbell rang, At this time of the night it was strange because we live in a secluded area and no one is around after a certain time, So a couple of seconds go by and I sat back down and the doorbell rings AGAIN. Where I sit, I can plainly see the door and we have a glass window so it's easy to see if anyone is outside, there wasn't, 20 minutes later I realised the doorbell doesn't even work! So how is it ringing?
15th December 2013 approx 6:30pm
My mother heard footsteps upstairs with her when she got out of the shower, Not long after I felt a tug at my hair. Then at 8:36pm My dog went out of character, Usually when my mother does to bed he's there for the night all tucked it but he just scarpered to the mirror with his tail in between his legs and ran out of the room..
20th April
Some time has gone by with no activity... But last night as I was walking through the corridor to do to bed I heard footsteps right next to me, it was as though someone brushed past me to get downstairs, and the weird part? It sounded like slippers, And my great-grandmother ALWAYS wore them before she passed away in 2012.

Litterally this happened a few seconds ago, the doorbell rang again! Now we know this is weird because it has NEW batteries and the connections are perfect, weird how everything is starting up again.

A very weird experience happened today, I just told my mother I was going to make some food and I started to walk to the freezer.. Then I heard her say
"Ohh having food are you?"
It sounded a little but to close for it to be my mother so I asked her what she just said, she confirmed that she didn't say anything, The who the hell just talked to me?!

I was laying on my belly watching YouTube videos in my bedroom when all of a sudden something caught my eye, I turned to look and there was a shadow, I blinked a couple of times to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me but it was still there, It was no ordinary shadow though, It didn't blend in like a shadow should. I couldn't take my eyes off it, Then it started to move, it walked to the end of my bed then out of my semi closed bedroom door!

Sat at my PC desk when all of a sudden the smell of old perfume just hit me, it went as quickly as it came and it reminded me of my great grandmother, no one else could smell it, also yesterday I walked past my grandmothers room and could swear I heard some rustling but no one was there but me.

I was having breakfast and as I took a sip of coffee something caught my eye on the stairs, It was a pair of legs! They turned up to go upstairs and just took one single step up before vanishing in front of my eyes... It happened so quickly yet so slowly that I could see what it was wearing. (It was black buckled shoes with a long white sock but it had a frill at the bottom, almost like the style from the Victorian era.

As I was sitting by the Computer (The stairs right above me) I heard what sounded like a jump and running down the stairs, I paused since this is something my dog would do, As I waited, I got up and couldn't see him, there are 14 steps on the stairs and thinking back to the running, it must have been a good 6 steps down, therefore he still should have been there..
2nd March 2016 -
I was preparing food in the kitchen and as I went to get some utensils from the cupboard, I looked towards the corridor where the front door is and heard a high pitched voice
"Oh Hello!"
But no one was there..
Don't ask me why I looked there, it was automatic, it sounded like my grandmother and since she was reading in the other room next to me I went in and asked her if she said hello, She said "No"
I know that my great-grandmother sounded like my grandmother so maybe it was her? Who knows!

Sitting in the living room going through some Facebook posts when I felt the need to gaze at the carpet in front of me.. As I did, I saw what looked like a single leg take a step forward towards me then vanish, Who or what ever it was, was wearing dark grey trousers along with polished black shoes.. Weird

Working on this blog at the computer as my mother, grandmother and father sat watching TV, We all heard a great big BANG coming from the kitchen, At first my grandmother thought it was a fuse blowing but everything seemed fine, It almost sounded like a bursting balloon but no balloons here. I sat at the kitchen table and decided to slam my hands to hit the table to try and re-create the noise, I asked if it sounded similar in which everyone replied with "Yes", Really strange..

I asked her what it looked like and she said "Like A Smokey White Thing" - Had a joke about it and she said "Probably your great grandmother saying it's not my time yet"
Secretly deep down I'm hoping this wasn't a sign to come, my mother hasn't been very well lately.. (Update!: She is fine and dandy!)

I was recording another video to upload when I heard a tutting sound after I was explaining that my video was about the first time I saw an apparition.. Luckily you can hear it! I've caught it on video and you can see the experience as it happened HERE.

Laying in bed when I tried to get more sleep, around 10 minutes later I heard my name being yelled along with a poke to the back of my head.. Just Weird.. I tried to pawn it off as nothing but it is sticking in the back of my mind for some reason x (Full Experience Video HERE:)

It seems the activity here has started to pick up again, there hasn't been any activity since December 2016 but I guess that's normal because usually there's a few months "break" in between each occurrence, I often wonder why...
Well anyways..
I was making coffee for my boyfriend (Who is on the fence about believing in spirits and all that)
When we both heard footsteps walking around on the floor above us which would be my grandmothers card crafting room.
We both looked at each other and my boyfriend asked if my dog was up there, So I went in the living room to check and my mother was sitting down and I asked her where the dog was, she pointed that he was laying on his bed and he was.
I went back to tell my boyfriend and he scowled, I asked him what he thought it was and he said
"It sounded like someone was walking around up there"
He shrugged it off and went outside.
But I know that this could be my great-grandmother making her appearances again..
June 2017
I was sat by the PC when my mother comes in abruptly and asks
"Do you smell that?"
"Smell What?" - I replied
"It smells like your grandpa, can't you smell it?"
Unfortunately I couldn't, that was until I went upstairs in his old room, I could smell something but to me it wasn't my grandpa, maybe it's because he died when I was young, I couldn't exactly remember his scent?
I went back downstairs and claimed I could smell something but didn't know what it was, and my mother continued to go through each room to try and figure out where the smell was coming from, it went as quickly as it started.
A few days later my mother was stood in the kitchen when I approached her and she stated that the day she smelt grandpa was actually the day of his and my grandmas wedding anniversary, maybe he was paying her a visit to say I love you?
September 21st 2017 Approx 17:55pm.
Sitting under the stairs on the PC when I got up to see my mother in the other room, she stated she was going to have a shower, so I told her she may have to wait since Gran is walking around upstairs and may be going in the shower herself..
My mother scowls and says "Gran is in the other room ain't she?"
I went to look, and she sure was, I told her I could hear her walking around not even 3 minutes ago and she said no, she thought it was me walking around since she came downstairs at 5pm.
We all concluded that all of us was downstairs at the time of the walking/footsteps upstairs.
Then jokingly my mother says "I'll go and investigate! It can be one or two people, Grampa or Great-Grandmother!"
They both died in this house.
